Born on 19.09.2000, Bucharest (Romania).
He started to play the piano at the age of 7, at the National College of Music "George Enescu", with prof. Bogatu Roxana and from the 2nd grade until now with prof. Asfadurian Carmen.
He participated at different national and international piano competitions.
He also took part at masterclasses by romanian and foreign professors: Elizabeth Sombart, Alessandro Drago, Adrian Suciu - University Mozarteum from Salzburg, Walter Kraft - Director at "Munchener Musikseminar", Germany, Prof.Univ.Dr. Vlad Dimulescu – University of Music, Bucharest.

Invited by Ms. Elizabeth Sombart to play 2 Moments Musicaux by S.Rachamaniov for the opening of her recital - " La Vie de Chopin a travers ses Nocturnes" - at the "S.Rachamaninov" Conservatory of Paris ( 3rd june 2013); the concert was featured on the cover of the "Classica-Le meilleur de la musique classique et la Hi-Fi" magazine, no. 153-june 2013.
He played in the "Concerto Annuale-VII Editione in onore della Fondazione Terzo Pilastro-Italia e Mediterraneo-che sostiene Resonnance Italia nel progetto: Portare la musica laddove non arriva", at the Resonnance Hall from Roma ( 18th of nov. 2015)
He played in the "Festival Square" concerts, organized by the "Remember Enescu" and "ProPiano-Romania" foundations - 21st of september 2013 and 17th of september 2015.
Laurentiu-Gerard participated in the ”Come and play!” campaign during the "Lipatti Days" Festival organized by the "Opus" Association through the Musicarte group, in collaboration with Radio Romania Muzical on the 1st of october 2012.
Held mini-recitals during the "Night of The Museums" at the Main Library of the University "Carol I" - Bucharest: - in the Aula - 17th of may 2014; - at the Luminotheque -16th of may 2015 and 21st of may 2016.
On the 7th june 2014 he participated in the "Pianistic Marathon" held at the Summer Theater from Herăstrău Park - Bucharest.
In 2016 he played in the Grand Hall of the Romanian Athenaeum from Bucharest as one of the soloists of the concerto for four pianos by J. S. Bach with the Camerata Regala conducted by Pierre Vallet. The concert was part of the Royal Concert Series.
